1. The promoter is PayPal Pte. Ltd. of 5 Subang, #09-01 , Malaysia038985 (“Promoter”).
2. Information on how to enter and win form part of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Participation in this promotion (“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. 
3. To enter, you must be at least 18 years of age, have a PayPal account with a valid email address and located in Greece, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan and USA. Your PayPal account must be an active Personal, Premier or Business account in good standing, and you must have provided us with your current contact information.
If you do not hold an active Personal, Premier or Business account with PayPal, you must register for one prior to entering. Information on how to open an account can be found at www.paypal.com/signupand the usual conditions to opening an account apply. In order for an account to be deemed in good standing as that term is used herein, the account must not have a hold status and/or be suspended and shall be at the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
4. The Promotion commences at 0:00:00 Malaysia Standard Time (“MST”) on 7 March 2011 and ends at 23:59:59 MST on 6 April 2011 (“Promotional Period”).
5. To enter, you must make a purchase on www.malaysiaairlines.comusing PayPal during the Promotional Period. No minimum purchase is required. All successful transactions will automatically qualify for the daily draw based on their respective transaction date (“Daily Eligible Entries”) and if the payment is reversed, disputed, refunded or cancelled within 15 days from the date of transaction, the transaction will not be eligible for the draw. 
6. One (1) draw will be held daily between 22 March 2011 and 21 April 2011 (“Contest Draw Period”). In each draw, one (1) entry (“Eligible Winner”) will be selected at random from the respective Daily Eligible Entries. 
7. You may only participate in one (1) daily draw during the Contest Draw Period. There will not be any repeat winners during the Contest Draw Period and the chance to win is non-accumulative. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and location) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's absolute discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. 
8. Following each draw, the Promoter will contact the Eligible Winner by telephone or email provided by the Eligible Winner.
